Ed is our moderation and community management guru and has ‘seen it all’. With 10 years of experience working on busy contracts for BBC, ITV, Diageo, GSK, Orange and many more, he is able to advise on the intricacies of moderation and the art of outstanding online customer service. Ed will take your community management issues and provide you with a suitable way to approach any problems you are, or will be, facing with your digital presence.
Matt spent six years pondering the challenges faced in developing audiences on the internet while working at Chat Moderators and has applied his strategic thinking, knowledge of legal issues and understanding of the needs of clients to Tea Social. Matt likes to brew creative ideas and will add sugar to your content strategy. He also has vast experience in the non-profit fundraising sector so can help with your online donor cultivation and stewardship plan.
